We recommend starting with stock formulations due to lower pricing from larger production runs, shorter lead times, and proven formulas. Custom options are available but typically come with higher costs and longer timelines.

Stock products: 2,500–5,000 bottles per SKU. Custom capsules/tablets: 150,000–300,000 pieces or 2,500–5,000 bottles. Custom liquids: 2,500–5,000 bottles. Custom softgels: 300,000 pieces or 5,000 bottles. Custom gummies: 600,000–1,000,000 pieces or 10,000–16,000 bottles. Custom powders: 2,500 bottles per flavor, 100,000 stick packs, or 500 kg.
Stock product costs range from $4–$20 per unit, while custom formulations typically cost $5–$30 per unit. This includes bottling, testing, seals, and labels but excludes shipping and marketing.
SMP Nutra doesn’t handle international logistics directly, but we provide all documentation needed for import/export. Customers use freight forwarders for worldwide delivery.
We offer HDPE and PET bottles in various sizes, glass containers, and gusset bags. Custom packaging options are available with higher MOQs. We also accept customer-supplied packaging with samples.
For new customers, lead times are 8–10 weeks from label reception. For reorders with labels already in-house, total lead time is 6–8 weeks.
Materials are checked multiple times throughout production. Our procedures meet and exceed FDA / cGMP standards to ensure the highest quality and safety for every product.
Yes, we offer a variety of vegan products in our portfolio, including vegan hair gummies.
Our equipment requires a minimum of 1,000 bottles per SKU of each product. We cannot split the minimum across different products.
Yes. All of SMP Nutra’s gummies are pectin-based and withstand temperature variations much better than gelatin-based alternatives.
We do not currently offer drop shipping. However, fulfillment services are available as an alternative.
Yes, we provide warehouse storage, picking, packing, and shipping services with inventory management software included.
Yes. We provide documentation, expert guidance, and handle Letter of Guarantees and COA requests in 1–2 business days.
Samples are available for purchase through our website. Free samples are also offered to existing customers upon request.
