The Powder Supplement Manufacturing Process

Bottle/Bag Filling

After the batch of powder has been approved and passed all the tests it will now be ready to be poured into the packaging. After the machine fills each packaging container with powder, it will run through an air station which blows off any excess powder on the bottle or on the rim to deliver a perfect finish.

Labeling & Shipment

With the powder in its packaging container, the labels will need to be applied. Any packaging option that has the label and art printed on it will skip this step. The finished product is now ready to be shipped out to you as this concludes the powder manufacturing process.
